1. Introduction and Acceptance

By purchasing any coaching package or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the professional relationship between Karthik ("Coach") and You ("Client").

2. Description of Services

• Coaching Scope: Services include 1:1 sessions as described on the specific product page at the time of purchase.

• Platform: Sessions are conducted via Video Conferenceing / Phone / In-Person

• Expiration: All sessions in a package must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase or they will be forfeited.

3. Payment and Refunds

• Fees: Prices are as listed on the checkout page. Payment is required in full upfront unless a payment plan is expressly agreed upon.

• No-Refund Policy: To ensure full commitment to the coaching process, all fees are non-refundable once the program has commenced.

• Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate any credit card chargebacks. Disputes should be handled directly with the Coach.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Notice Period: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session.

• Late/No-Show: If you are more than 15 minutes late or fail to show, the session is forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

5. Professional Disclaimer

• Not Therapy: Coaching is not medical advice, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional mental health care. The Coach does not diagnose or treat any medical conditions.

• Results: Success depends on your own effort and commitment. The Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.

6. Confidentiality All information shared is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or in cases of imminent harm to yourself or others.

7. Intellectual Property All materials provided (workbooks, recordings, frameworks) are the proprietary property of the Coach and are for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing these materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Telangana.
